She is just a happy girl, and we would love to have Diamond meet her new family soon! TO FOSTER OR ADOPT DIAMOND, PLEASE EMAIL AngelsAmongUsRS@live.com. (7/17/12) Diamond is a darling 9 year old, 16 1/2 pound girl who does not deserve to spend her senior years in doggy jail when she has done nothing wrong. She has been a faithful and loyal companion. Her family left her at the shelter. They said she is house trained, good with kids and other pets. She is already spayed, micro-chipped, and current on vaccinations and heartworm negative. TO ADOPT DIAMOND, PLEASE EMAIL AngelsAmongUsRS@live.com.

Rescue Group Info...
Our rescue focuses on senior dog adoption and hospice care. We pull most of our rescue dogs from high kill shelters where seniors have no chance of adoption. We also take owner surrenders when the owner can no longer care for their senior dog. We have foster homes in several states for our adoptable seniors. We are especially proud of our "Seniors for Seniors" Program where we match our adoptable senior dogs with senior citizens. We have fundraising events so that we can donate the vetting for this program. We rescue dogs with special needs who are blind, deaf, arthritic, diabetic...as well as dogs with serious illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, etc. We have three foster homes that specialize in the care of our Resident Angels, our hospice cases. We are an all volunteer organization, and we are always looking for volunteers, foster homes, and help with fundraising.
Pay Pal donation button on the homepage of our website.
We require an application, vet reference check, personal references and a home visit prior to approval. We accept adoption donations to go toward our vetting costs for each dog. Their is no adoption fee/donation for our "Seniors for Seniors" Program which matches our senior dogs with senior citizens.
