Romeo's Story...
I’m a handsome little guy with a heart of gold. I love to be held and pet and am looking for a lap to call my own. I love to run and dart around the room playing hide and pounce with my girlfriend, Juliet. We are a match made in heaven. I’m a real lover of people and will bond with anyone who is kind enough to let me curl up and crash on their lap after a good round of play. However I must warn you that I’m so full of love and devotion that you’ll never want to put me down. If you must I’ll just follow you around till you’re ready for another lap warming session where I can curl up and purr myself to sleep in your arms.
Adoption only open to Southern California residents.

About Death Row Dogs Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are dedicated to saving abandoned, neglected and abused dogs in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Whenever possible when we have space and funds, we take dogs out of the city and county shelters who are on "death row" and are about to be euthanized.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Normally all our dogs are seen by appointment only.
We do show some of our dogs every Saturday from 11:30 to 3:30 at
Centinela Feed & Pet Supply
1505 Olive Avenue
Burbank, CA 91506

Our Adoption Process...

An adoption application must be filled out prior to meeting any of our dogs.
Please call or e-mail us for an application.
An adoption contract will be signed, a home check will be done, and a donation is required upon adoption and placement of the dog.
Our adoptions are only open to Southern California residents. We do not adopt our dogs to households with children under 10 years old.
There is NO guarantee made, express or implied, that any person requesting to adopt a dog through DRD Rescue, will automatically be approved. All adoptions are subject to acceptance based on a review process that requires collecting information and visiting the applicant's home. Decisions on placing dogs in adoptive and foster homes are based solely on the judgment of DRD Rescue’s volunteers and coordinators, and adoption applications may be denied for various reasons. DRD Rescue reserves the right to refuse to adopt to anyone without disclosing the reasons, and to make all decisions regarding placement or final disposition of any rescued dog in its care whether in, or being placed in, a foster or adoptive home.
