My name is Roxi and I am an 8 year old boxer mix. My original family got me when I was just 6 weeks old and I have lived in a pen outside ever since. They decided they do not want me anymore and I am in need of a good, loving home. My foster mom is very impressed because I am so well mannered around people. I do not care for other dogs and young children scare me. I would love nothing more than to sit with someone on the sofa, or just be around a human that wants me. If you do need to leave for a little while though, I don't mind, I am used to being left alone. I am very quiet and I don't bark often. If I do get noisy, I will settle down with a verbal reprimand. I know some commands and I am not food or toy aggressive. I can walk really nicely on a leash and I don't pull or tug on it. I don't require a lot of exercise and I am in good health. The groomer and vet were very impressed at how well I did during my visit and wondered why my original family wanted to get rid of me. I hope I find a peson to love me the rest of my life. My pickup would be in Allentown PA at midnight on Friday night.
