With Susie, every day is Mother's Day! This precious little momma was dumped at a high kill shelter with her teenage son and her "beau". Susie is an adorable little lady and is very kind and loving. She is one of the most patient dogs we have seen and has the kindest soul . . . and she is ready to share it with a family that gives her a second chance at life. Susie is not an "in your face" dog -- she always waits her turn for food and love. Susie is being lovingly fostered in a home with other dogs and school-aged children where she is quickly realizing life is going to be okay again. We think Susie is about 2- 3 years old, she weighs just about 11 pounds and she's a healthy girl.
