Bauer's Story...
Bauer is my name and chess is my game. I'm a super smart young male shepherd mix. My D.O.B. is 1/05/12. I know all of my commands like sit, stay, down and come. I love to run and play and am extremely active, so I will need a home that can run and play with me. I have not been introduced to alot of dogs so I need to be more canine socialized. The kind folks at Mackenzie's are working on that. I did good on my cat introduction, so possibly I have been around cats before. I would make a great addition to any family, please come and see me soon.

Meet-Your-Match Canineality Color is: Green/Go-Getter!!!

For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bauer, a Lake Odessa German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Lake Odessa, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Lake Odessa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lake Odessa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lake Odessa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lake Odessa paves the way for another one to be saved.
