Introducing Louie Louie! This poor boy was found in crate behind a place of business in Lorain. It's amazing how some people treat pets. He's been a sweet friendly boy since he arrived at the shelter. Louie's likes and dislikes are not know so please stop by for a visit if you are interested in adopting him. He's a healthy boy with a terrier personality.
