Foxy's Story...
We named this sweet little 11 month old puppy Foxy, because she looks exactly like a little white fox! She could not be any cuter or sweeter! Foxy was rescued from Carson Shelter just hours before she was supposed to be euthanized at only 8 months old! She is a med-high energy 15 lb puppy that would love to go on hiking trips and many other adventures! This beautiful girl loves to play with other dogs, cats, and is very social. She would make a great family pet and loyal companion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Foxy, a Los Angeles Shiba Inu/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu/Chihuahua for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Shiba Inu/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu/Chihuahua breeders who help with Shiba Inu/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
