FOXY SOX's Story...
You put your left paw in, you take your left paw out, you put your left paw in and be sure to shake it all about so that everyone can admire your fancy white sox! FOXY SOX has reason for all four of her sox to be admired! She was rescued from the middle of a very busy intersection. FOXY SOX dodged the first car barreling down the street, only to spin directly into the path of yet another! Quickly realizing her error, FOXY SOX used those fancy, super-powered sox to literally jump out of the way of what was sure to be her doom should she have been a split second slower! WHEW! This little gal has earned that big name of hers and FOXY SOX is happy to share it with the world! She confidently entered her foster home and immediately climbed into the lap of her new school-aged human chum. FOXY SOX is a wispy little 3.5 lbs and at just shy of 2 years old, has definitely seen her fair share of the open road. She wants any more road trips to find her tucked safely inside a safety harness and carrier thank you very much! She will spend her time admiring those sox and hoping for a good snuggle to come soon. FOXY SOX is very social and just loves to be loved and give it back in sweet, delicate kisses!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

FOXY SOX, a AUSTIN Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in AUSTIN, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in AUSTIN.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in AUSTIN already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a AUSTIN breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in AUSTIN paves the way for another one to be saved.
