Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Elmo's 5 year old basset boy in need of a forever family. He prefers to have other dogs around, since he full of energy. He likes long walks in the park.
He likes Iams in the pretty green bag and scrambled eggs. You see he got used to the eggs when came into the rescue very sick. He is all better now and runs the basset 500 in the back yard, the living room, the kitchen. What a different dog from when he first came to use. He was so sick and never ever talked at all. He now tells you things, like fresh water please, I want to play, I'm tired or I want to go outside.
He only asks to go out the front door for a walk. The back door he just stands there and stairs at you. He finally figured out he likes the dog bed and his other foster brother and sisters beds too. He was not sure of them at first, but with a bribe of strawberry's he will do anything - including get on a dog bed. He LOVES strawberries and yogurt dipped strawberries and peanut butter....mmmmmm with strawberry's...
Elmo gives kisses and pats you when he wants some attention with his stubby little leg. Talk about cute. He also gives hugs if you come down to his level or if he catches you on the couch looking lonely...or at least he thinks you are. Elmo does something cuter by the day – you don’t want to miss it!
