Little Miss Gracie Girl's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Little Miss Gracie Girl's Story...
Little Miss Gracie Girl (her AKC registered name) was relinquished with another family dog as a result of a divorce. The other dog will be sent to family in North Carolina, but our Miss Gracie looks like she will need a new home.

Gracie is an 8 year old Rat Terrier weighing between 10 and 12 lbs.

Being a mature girl, she gets along with other dogs just fine. She would do well with a family seeking an alert, playful, affectionate friend.

She has her own sense of style and brings a laugh to your face when she does her "special sit"! Treats are a familiar part of her vocabulary and she is fully attentive when they are mentioned.

Confident and smart, this girl does not miss a step when checking out the perimeter of her area. Visit this little Miss soon and give her a chance to be in a home again.

You can meet Little Miss Gracie Girl at the Coronado Animal Care Facility any day between 9:00am and 4:00pm (except holidays). The ACF is located at 1395 First Street in Coronado.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little Miss Gracie Girl, a Coronado Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Coronado, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Coronado.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coronado already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coronado breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coronado paves the way for another one to be saved.
