Ming's Story...
we rescued Ming along with his 3 brothers from a kill shelter. He was a scrawny little critter with no indication that he will become a slinky adorable sweetheart in just few weeks. Ming (and his brothers) are very affectionate, smart, playful yet gentle and adorable. They love to snuggle together or with their humans.

We want to place Ming and Ting together OR in a home with another cat so they have a feline playmate.

Ming LOOKS like a Bombay (or a monkey LOL) but he is most likely an impostor or a mix. We do not know his previous owner or his feline parents.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ming, a Brooklyn Bombay kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bombay for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Bombay kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bombay breeders who help with Bombay rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
