My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

3/4/13 - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED!

Adoption Fee: $400

Fostered in Louisiana

Age: 3 years

Weight: 8.5

1/29/13 - I'm so glad that you decided to adopt rather than buy a pup from a breeder. I originally lived at a breeding facility and I can tell you, it isn’t a good place to be when you are a four-legger. Lucky for my friends and I, some nice people came and took us away from there and brought us to animal control.

Not sure where everyone ended up, but my foster mom got me out of there and I am now in a home environment finally living a life of a pampered pooch instead of waiting to come into heat to have my next litter for my owners to sell my pups and live off the money.

Foster mom named me Gabby and I love my name, my foster home and my freedom. Considering my background, I am a confident lady who isn’t really fearful of new situations. I have a healthy curiosity about new things. Guess I wasn’t there long enough for those bad peopel to break my spirit like normally happens to the pups.

I get along well with other pups, large and small and tend to be a little over zealous which might come off as alpha to some pups.

As all little girls, I love to be held, carried, sit on laps and get attention. Playing outside is fun and so is going for walks on a leash. I like men and women, will play with toys and other dogs, don’t mind a bath and am ok with cats.

Foster mom feeds us all separate, so I can’t really tell you how I would feel if another pup approached my bowl. I am a very hearty eater though and eat all my food in one sitting.

I am not overly yappy except at feeding time to let foster mom know to hurry up.

We are working on potty training and I’m doing ok, but you have to realize that if you don’t bring me out enough, than it is actually your fault.

I’m really just a great girl that would love to join a home and finally know where it is I belong.

Thanks for reading my bio and I hope you have a great day.
