Diesel is a super terrific, 13 month old big puppy! He is already a pretty big boy but he is still growing and is truly still a puppy at heart. Diesel loves his toys, any toys! I laugh watching him play in the yard because he is the stereo typical clumsy puppy that hasn’t learned what to do with those big feet and long legs yet. Not only is he a great dog, he is also a real looker too. Diesel is black/rust with cropped ears, a docked tail and he has the most perfect Doberman feet I have ever seen! Diesel is crate and house trained. He has learned to sit and stay (for a second) but needs lots more training which will help him lengthen his attention span which is quite short right now. Diesel likes other dogs and would be fine with a playmate around his own size. He plays too rough for smaller dogs and has too much chase instinct for a home with cats. Diesel has a tremendous amount of potential. He just needs an adopter who has the time and energy to give him the structure and training that he needs in order to become the totally fabulous Doberman he was born to be!. Diesel seems to have a sensitive tummy, like many dobes, so he is currently on a prescription food called DRM. It Is not known at this time whether he will have to be fed special food all his life or if he will eventually be able to transition to a high quality non-prescription food.
