Yoda's Story...
Yoda is a 2 month old, male, Chihuahua/Brussels Griffon mix (we know mom was the Brussels, we assume dad was a Chihuahua). He is a big dog trapped in a little body. He loves toys that are way to big for him and you think he won’t even be able to carry. Yoda has a little strut that he does whenever he walks around. He loves to sprint around the room going after anything his littermates have that he thinks he should have. We are working on his paper skills but does have accidents like all puppies. We haven’t started harness training him yet since he is still too tiny weighing in at only a little over 2 pounds. He loves other dogs of any size and would love to have an active buddy to chase around all day. Yoda is available for adoption through the Sterilization Agreement. His fee includes his neuter, 2 vaccinations and a microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yoda, a Phoenix Brussels Griffon/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Brussels Griffon/Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Brussels Griffon/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Brussels Griffon/Chihuahua breeders who help with Brussels Griffon/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
