Libby is a long loving ball of joy! She yearns for attention, as she is timid and needs the reassurance that she is safe. Being at the shelter makes her nervous and intimidated by the chaos. The second I went in her run, she was more at ease and attached to me. Don’t let her shyness be mistaken for a lack of a loving personality. She has plenty of love to give.
