Look, it’s Toto, come back from Oz with a darker dye job and a sex change operation! Or maybe not. Either way, Carrie is delightful little wind-up toy of a dog who happily trots out of her kennel with anyone who will take her. As you can see, she’s adorable, and she’s also a recent mama. It was fun having her out in the interaction pen because we could see her dance and prance, and when she got tired of that she wanted to be on our laps and in our arms. This young girl deserves to be a puppy herself and not a mama, so lets get her spayed and adopted out of here into a loving home right away!
