Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lady - Lady was found in a rural area in northern Indiana. She was taken care of by the nice couple who found but they could not keep her. They got all of shots and cleaned her up. She is approx 10 years old and as sweet as can be. She was recently spayed and had a hernia repair and is now ready to find her forever home. Lady is probably 90% deaf and has some cataracts in both eyes which makes it hard to contact her if she is out of touch. She loves being outside but a fence is absolutely necessary as she can’t hear or see much it would be easy for the little girl to get lost. She has some arthritis but it doesn’t seem to bother her much, it just makes for a slow and lazy waking up but again, who’s in a hurry anyway?
She is the most docile dog her foster said she has ever seen and she loves being around people and children, although the only time little Lady really gets excited is when she has other dogs around…. she absolutely loves the company and does not appreciate being alone.
She sleeps most of the day and she hasn't had any accidents in the house for over two months. Let's make this Lady lucky and find her a forever home soon. A big thanks to Houndsong Rescue who is helping us with Lady.

If interested in adopting we require a home visit and an adoption agreement with a fee. Our adoption fees are $100 if over 5 years, $125 if younger than 5 years but older than 1 year, and $175 if younger than 1 year. All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, are up to date on vaccinations, and a copy of vet records is provided upon adoption to set up a file at your vet. We supply collar, temporary ID tag until you can use till you get one, and leash. All beagles are micro-chipped as well.
