Pinkie Bella's Story...
Pinkie Bella is a young, incredibly sweet little girl. She can be fairly timid at first, but there isn't a mean bone in her. :0) She is super snuggly, and loves other small dogs! Does fine with cats, doesn't really pay much attention to them. Will bark at larger dogs, but eventually quiets down when they do.

She is not much of a barker in general, but will whine with happiness when you come home. With her temperament, she will do best in a home with another dog. She needs a buddy to make her feel comfortable, to snuggle with and sleep next to! She would do fine in an apartment or house. Walks on a leash pretty well, but needs a little practice. :0)

Fence/enclosed patio required for most dogs. We check your vet reference and fence. Dogs are current on vaccinations, HW negative, micro chipped, dental if needed and spayed/neutered. Email for quickest response.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pinkie Bella, a Shawnee Mission Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Shawnee Mission, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Shawnee Mission.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shawnee Mission already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shawnee Mission breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shawnee Mission paves the way for another one to be saved.
