Sara's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Sara's Story...
Sara is a sweet, gentle and playful girl, approximately three years old.
She was an owner surrender to a high kill shelter in Southern Ohio. After a few long months, her time was almost up when one of our amazing volunteers was able to pull her to safety.

Now she enjoys work for treats (already knows "sit" and "shake"), and running through the snow with her "foster brother" Rocco.

She would do well with another male dog, or she would be perfectly content as a snuggle-buddy only child.

She is house trained, crate trained, up to date with shots, and soon to be scheduled for her spay surgery.

All dogs from Tracking Lucky Dogs Rescue come with a FREE training session from High Drive Pups (HighDrivePups.com)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sara, a Painesville German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Painesville, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Painesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Painesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Painesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Painesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
