100% Pure Affection. PEDRO, a 9 month old, neutered male, long and lanky non-aggressive American Bulldog is shear joy. He loves everyone and gets along well with other dogs and our cats. If you are looking for a lap dog, look no further ( although he is learning that only his head fits!). He is very disciplined and easy to train and aims to please. Great family dog. He stays close without a leash on our daily hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains. Found abandoned over Thanksgiving weekend, he has since been living with our family in West L.A. with 3 other dogs and two cats. He weighs 72 pounds, has all shots, microchip and rabies cert. Come for a visit by calling Marc at (310) 273-9252. You may also e-mail me at: northbeverly@aol.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pedro, a Bellflower American Bulldog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a American Bulldog puppy from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
