Facts about Cloudy

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Gray Or Blue (Mostly)
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 2256100
  • Hair: Short
Cloudy has been with the rescue for awhile now. She was originally found outdoors in poor condition, begging for scraps at a local supermarket. She was very thin and had pneumonia. Once she was indoors, well fed, and recieved the medication she needed, she made a great turn around. She likes attention but truly is an idenpendant low maintenence cat. She loves perching in the window sill and cuddling up next to her humans on the sofa. She does well with other cats and is friendly with dogs. She is not used to small kids and we feel this setting would not be ideal for her. She is very petite and gentle. She is spayed, felv/fiv negative, and her shots will be updated prior to adoption. To learn more about her, please email

About Erie Shores Humane Society

About Our Rescue Group...

Erie Shores HS is an all volunteer, non-profit 501c3 certified rescue dedicated to the rescue, restore, and rehome process of the abused, neglected, and abandoned animals in and around Lorain County, Ohio.

Our rescue is not shelter based. Instead, we rely on the dedicated foster homes and families who volunteer with our rescue to provide all needed aspects to our rescues, from care, to socialization, promotion, and placing into loving forever homes. In our experience over the last 30 years, the foster based method we use has proved to be effective in placing our rescues in the most suitable, loving homes based on their temporary stay in our foster homes. We truly could not function without the dedication and support of the people who make up our foster homes, and their commitment to the rescued animals.

We promote general and public education regarding care of animals and spay/neutering.
