Regina's Story...
This gorgeous lady is Regina. She loves laying snuggled up close to you, her treats and a ball of yarn to play with. She does get along with other cats and dogs after a slow introduction. She is about a year old. Regina was very scared and traumatized when she was found, having had to scavenge for herself through the winter. She is still a bit shy upon meeting new people, but once she realizes that she is safe, she wants nothing but love, and a good rub on her face. She has been spayed, microchipped, and had her shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Regina, a Bentonville Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Bentonville, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Bentonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bentonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bentonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bentonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
