Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Amelia is a long-haired beauty of a German Shepherd, only around one year old and maybe 50 - 60 pounds. She is brilliant too - if you know and love the German Shepherd breed then you will love Amelia.
Amelia can be a touch timid when meeting new dogs though it is obvious she wants to meet them and/or play with them. After a bit of time she's fine, though she prefers calm dogs. It's truly just a matter of properly introducing her to new dogs and she is fine. She is submissive and responsive, but still young and puppy-ish. Through and through Amelia is all shepherd.
Amelia is very good on lead but could be better. She is very good in a crate, and rides wonderfully in a car. We have not tested her with cats yet so please let us know if you have cats so we can see how she is with the. We are looking for a family for Amelia that has experience with German Shepherd dogs and, if there are children, they need to be 10 years or older.
For more information and/or an application if you would like to meet her please email tmabrescue@gmail.com.
