SIMBA is a fun-loving, playful male, 12 month old chow mix. He loves to run and play w/ his people and the other dogs in the household. He is gentle with the 2 household cats too. SIMBA is neutered, crate trained and potty trained, as well as, heartworm negative and up to date on all his shots. He will make someone a loyal and loving companion and would do well with another dog to play with. Who wouldn't want to cuddle with this cute fuzzball? Check out his purple and pink spotted tongue, so adorable. SIMBA had a rough start to his life but is so thankful to be rescued and is ready to find a forever home with a loving family. SIMBA is located in Tallahassee, FL. Adoption fee is $125 and transport in FL can be arranged.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simba, a Tallahassee Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow for sale in Tallahassee, or seeking a Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Tallahassee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tallahassee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tallahassee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow breeders who help with Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tallahassee paves the way for another one to be saved.
