I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Cooper is such a sweetie. He is charcoal and has a white patch under his chin. He is 5 1/2 years old and weighs 9 pounds. Cooper is a puppy mill survivor and is just beginning to know how good life can really be. He is timid and will need a family that can be patient with him as he learns to trust. Those big brown eyes are so full of happiness now. Cooper would do best in a home with another small dog. He doesn't mind the cats in his foster home either. He will need to be taken out on a leash or have a secure fenced yard. Cooper has been neutered, brought up to date on vaccinations and is heartworm negative. He has also had a dental cleaning. Cooper walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. If you would like to give Cooper the forever home he deserves, please click here
