Sobe's Info...
| Breed: | Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mastiff Mix | Color: | Brindle - With White | Age: | Senior |
| Size: | Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg) | Sex: | Male |
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Sweet Sobe lived most of his life around a grocery store in a small town in South Baja, Mexico. He depended on good samaritains for food but almost starved to death. He was also hit by a car a few years ago and lost one of his front legs but that doesn't deter him from following you around - even up & down stairs! He has made the journey to rainy Vancouver to start a new life.
Although Sobe is a little older he still loves to play with dogs his size and is great off-leash. He'll even stand on his hind legs to encourage play with others. After a good romp outside, his favourite place is to curl up at your feet.
Sobe is housetrained, good with adults & children, other dogs and he knows his basic commands, which makes him the perfect starter dog! He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, on flea/tick/heartworm preventative, and dewormed. He is about 75-80 pounds but not that tall.
Sobe is ready for his forever home!!
Will you open your home to Sobe and give him the love he deserves?

Rescue Group Info...
"Science may never comprehend the full extent of what dogs know about language, problem solving, the past, the future, God, time or philosophy. In the end, we must content ourselves with the fact that dogs know enough to be dogs -which is all that is really required of them." - Dr. Stanley Coren
Regardless of where a dog comes from, their lives are worth saving, their "issues" are trainable, and people really can learn new tricks.
So whether it's from us or another rescue or shelter, Adopt Don't Shop! You can save a life!
We only place dogs in forever homes after...
