Good day, I'm Baya and I'm charmed to meet you. I'm sure when you meet me, I will blow your socks off with my sweetness, love and beauty (at least that is what the folks here say). When people here talk about me to each other, they smile and say "Awww....Baya." I guess that means I'm pretty popular around here!
Why am I so loved? I love love love to cuddle. I love kisses and petting. You can pet and pet me forever if you want. I love to get rubs and I purr soothingly. I am gentle and if you pick me up, I snuggle up next to you. You can even carry me around like that. Just the other day, someone carried me down the hall of the shelter and I didn't get stressed. I just stayed snuggled up next to her!
So why am I here? Sadly, although my person loved me very much, she lost her house to foreclosure. So she brought my brother, Way, and me here to find a new home. Hopefully, it will be for the rest of my life. According to her, I am good with kids (I have been around a 3 and 8 year old). That doesn't surprise anyone here because I am so gentle. I generally ignore other cats and dogs. I love to cuddle. My former person said that I would crawl inside you if I could. I love to sleep in bed with you. She says I am a "cuddlebug" who needs lots of love.
My former person had us since we were kittens so you can imagine how sad it is for us to be here. Although we don't absolutely HAVE to be adopted together, we have always been together and would ideally like to stay together. Way is an awesome and lovable guy too! Please come meet us and see if you can leave without falling in love and wanting us (or at least me)!
