found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
If you are interested in adopting sweet Mischa (pronounced "Meesha"), please submit an adoption application at www.abgra.org. If you have questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beautiful Mischa is just about perfect in every way! She loves toys, playing with other dogs and especially giving her special person lots of kisses and cuddles. She was shy the first day, but since that time, is friendly as can be. She is very smart and likes everyone she meets, although might be a bit timid at first. She was shy around my neighbors, but I noticed the second time they came over, it was as if Mischa had known them forever. She is frightened with sudden movements and loud noises which is why it is best she not be placed with a family with small kids. She was fearful and a bit on edge around my 5 year old grandson, even though he wasn't bothering her.
Mischa would like another dog to play with and a securely fenced yard. She will not be placed in a home with children under 16 years old, because as mentioned earlier, she is fearful of younger children. She is house trained, and goes potty within seconds of me letting her outside and telling her to "go potty". She loves long walks and enjoys jogging too! She is a great eater, sleeps all night with me in bed, rides great in a car, and is so deserving of a loving, forever home!
Mischa is up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed, micro chipped, heart worm negative and on preventative. She has been well loved her whole life, so has no behavior issues that we have seen. She was born 9/30/07 and weighs 15 pounds. She is currently being fostered in Oregon Wisconsin about 10 minutes south of Madison.
Please keep in mind that we prefer to place Mischa within driving distance of where she is being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get her, and she must fly home in the cabin with her new family. Under no circumstances can our dogs ever be shipped in cargo. We do not place our dogs in homes with invisible (electric) fencing.
