My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hope is approximate 9-10 years old. She came to IGCA from the streets of Oklahoma. The nice people at the shelter brought her in and got her immediate medical care before contacting IGCA Rescue. After a little healing time she is now ready for a forever home that will work with her on her socialization issues. She has shown bonding with her foster mom, and we are confident that this will transfer and continue to grow in her adoptive home.

Hope is a tiny little girl at about 8.5 lbs with no teeth and a free floating lower jaw due to years of dental neglect. She eats small kibbles just fine. She eats slowly -savoring her food I am sure! She does appreciate children, however she has shown that she enjoys and prefers adult company. She is getting better at fearlessly sharing
the couch with visitors.
Be prepared to have your heart skip a beat when you look into her eyes – they have such a story to tell. Are you the one that will adopt this precious little gal with the cutest crooked smile, expressive eyes, and wagging tail?

She is ready to start getting to know you, so prepare for her adoption now!
