Langley's Story...
What a snuggle-bunny this boy is! ! Handsome & super sweet blue-eyed lynx point siamese, about 3 yr old, found as a stray in southern VA and ended up in high kill shelter. Langley will sit on your lap for the longest time. He purrs while being brushed and entertains himself by tossing a toy mouse in the air and pouncing after it. Sit at your computer and he rubs his face into you hands as they are attempting to type so that you will pet him, or stands in your lap, purring in your face. Langley loves to snuggle up close at night and generally be around his "people" whatever you are doing. He is fine with some cats (but tends to be dominant) & would likely be OK with a dog. His purr-fect home might be one where he is "king" and someone is home most of the day. He is gentle enough for young children, too!

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. We do not have a shelter and rely on a group of dedicated foster homes to care for our felines until a "fur-ever" home can be found. We actively promote the importance of spaying and neutering and best practices in companion animal care. The majority of our cats/kittens come from high-kill shelters. We do not receive any government funding and rely on private contributions, 100% of which go to provide medical care, food and supplies.

We strive to make the "purr-fect" match through our interview and application process. Adoption fees include all medical work (FELV/FIV testing, shots; spay/neuter); home visits are required prior to final placement. The majority of our kittens are only available for adoption in pairs or as a companion to another young cat/kitten already in the home.

Northern Virginia/DC/MD; will consider nearby out of area adoptions if adopter is willing to travel to meet us and we are able to enlist the help of a rescue partner for the required homevisit..
