Lilly's Story...
Meet Lilly! This sweet 7-year-old girl is looking for a forever home! A mix of Spitz, Chow, and maybe even American Eskimo, Lilly is everything you could ask for in a furry friend. Around 40lbs., she is curious, playful, and oh so affectionate. She loves every person she meets – and most other dogs too! Lilly is a champion cuddler and perfect on her leash. What more could you ask for in a canine companion? She is sure to keep you warm on these cold winter nights – she just loves to sleep in bed with her people! Just spend a few minutes with this sweet girl and we’re sure you’ll fall in love!

Lily longs for a family who will give her love, affection, and the security to know that she will never be alone again. If you would like to give this girl a loving forever home, contact her adoption consultant, Lee, at 440-554-3828 or pulver.puppylove5@gmail.com for more information. Lilly can’t wait to meet you!

About Our Rescue Group...
The Rescue Inn, Inc. ("TRI") is an Ohio non-profit, foster-based rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need.

We are run by a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about our four-legged friends. Our mission is to save dogs from high kill shelters and abuse/neglect situations and place those animals into loving and permanent homes. We promote responsible animal ownership and provide medical treatment, foster care and training to unwanted, abandoned, lost or surrendered animals.

Our animals are spayed/neutered, receive appropriate veterinary care and are placed into a safe, secure foster home while waiting for their permanent home. We also strive to work with other area shelters and rescues to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to enhance our rescue mission.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a North Olmsted Spitz (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spitz (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chow Chow for sale in North Olmsted, or seeking a Spitz (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in North Olmsted.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Olmsted already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Olmsted breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spitz (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chow Chow breeders who help with Spitz (Unknown Type, Medium)/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Olmsted paves the way for another one to be saved.
