Pixel's Story...
Ms. Pixel is the 3rd cat we have for adoption at this time from the abandoned house/ Ms. PIxel is approx 1-1/2 yrs old and has limited sight....she became blind after her Spay surgery and has been recovering slowly, she now has limited sight, BUT, that does not stop this little pistol of a girl who loves life itself and knows she has been given a second chance to enjoy a full life full of love and adventure.......She has not problems with other cats, or dogs.........the only problem being is that she will stick her head in the dogs food bowl when they are eating, so the dog has to be very understanding. Play Play Play is the total of her day..........she is currently in a foster home awaiting her turn to be adopted...........If you are interested in seeing Ms. Pixel, please contact us at cinderellashoperescue@yahoo.com or call Janet at 847 975 1754 to arrange a visit.........

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pixel, a West Dundee Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in West Dundee, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in West Dundee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Dundee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Dundee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Dundee paves the way for another one to be saved.
