Oliver is sublime Brussels Griffon. He is everything a person could want in this breed. His darling inquisitive expression is just the icing on the cake! One word sums Oliver up….SWEET!
Oliver has lived with one owner all of his life since the age of 8 weeks when he was purchased in a pet store. Oliver has known nothing but love, and knows only to give love in return.
He will follow you everywhere and watch your every move with his huge griff eyes that twinkle with expression. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body.
Oliver loves to play, likes toys, and follows his foster mom everywhere she goes. He is a very lovable boy who loves to sit at her feet and share her space as closely as he can. Oliver gets along great with other small dogs and was best buddies with the cat at his former home. He doesn't know how to be unfriendly.
Oliver is learning to walk on a leash and take morning strolls. He is still a little skittish at traffic noise and lots of people but he is learning and doing better every day.
Oliver was potty pad trained in his previous owner's home and will be perfectly house trained if taken out regularly.
Oliver is 4 years old and he weighs 12 lbs. He is full grown and will not get any bigger. His current weight is perfect for his frame.
Oliver's previous owner surrendered him because of her long hours working away from home. We are looking for a forever person that isn't gone from home much and/ or can take him to work with them.
We prefer to place Oliver within driving distance of where he is being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to drive or fly in, and he must fly home in the cabin with his new family. Under no circumstances can our dogs ever be shipped in cargo. We do not place our dogs in homes with invisible (electric) fencing or young children.
