CHICO's Story...
Chico is a sweet and playful 2 year old Pittie who somehow lost his way in Williamsburg. He is a Brooklyn Christmas miracle! Found before the holidays by a local resident, this boy is full of love. Extremely friendly with ALL people he meets - wants to hug and snuggle all night! Not sure yet how he is with dogs but they are going to test him very soon. He weighs about 65 pounds and is a strong and energetic young boy who loves to go for rides in the car and also for walks. Be sure to check out his video so you can see just how sweet he is.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CHICO, a Brooklyn Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
