Lily's Story...
Meet Lily, a street dog from Long Beach California. I was under weight, and lost with a lock and chain on my neck. I was rescued and fostered, then with the help of many loving people and a very caring woman that sponsored me was able to go to a rescue in Arizona. I now have been brought up to date on my shot, spayed and currently getting some basic training. I am a complete snuggle bug, and very quiet and shy at first. I come around and just want to be by your side.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily, a Scottsdale American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
