Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! My name is Betty. I'm a little shy sometimes, but I will definitely let you know when I want some attention! I am convinced that if I put my head on your hand, you will give me scratches and pets, some of my favorite things! Because of everything I've been through, I'm a little unsure about new people, but not for long. Also, I would prefer it if you came down to my level to give me attention, or if I come to yours (the bed is a favorite). Some tall human was mean to me once, so if you're coming at me from standing up, I may try to hide. I am very happy to keep an eye on everything when you're out, as I am a prime watch cat. My meow isn't very loud, and only comes out when you're late to feed me breakfast or dinner! My internal alarm clock is quite good. I love my foster mom, but she has to move back to university housing at the end of August 2013. I really want to find a new bed to sleep at the foot of instead of going into one of the store locations as all the dogs, other cats, loud noises, and people there scare me. I don't think I would mind children, though, if I had a home. I don't bite or scratch, and only scratch on my cardboard scratcher. I was born around 1/30/08.
