Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Skeeter has been waiting patiently for his forever home for quite awhile. He is a very sweet boy but is nervous right at first around new people and seems scared of larger dogs. Skeeter would do better in a home with older children and maybe only one smaller dog. Skeeter is not a cat lover! He wants to chase them so we are thinking his new family must be cat free. Skeeter is ( we are thinking a yorkie/chinese crested mix. He is as cute as a bug and loves to cuddle. He is working on his housetraining but still needs some work.
Skeeter is neutered, current on all shots and has had his rabies. Skeeter weighs close to 13 pounds. He needs a patient family who will help him be the wonderful dog we all know he can be. If you are interested in adopting Skeeter, please contact us for more information and to fill out an adoption contract. Skeeters adoption fee is 125.00.
Hope's Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily smaller dogs from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with our committed volunteers, foster homes and local veterinarians, our goal is to rescue and help as many animals possible every year. We will provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes.Every animal that we rescue will be spayed/ neutered and current on all vaccinations. We also will serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, behavior training and good nutrition. Our goal is to find loving forever homes for many homeless pets. Hope's Rescue has applied and will be a 501c3 non-profit.
