Bobby's Story...
Fall in Love with Bobby!

Bobby is an adorable Maltese Shih Tzu mix and is just as cute as can be! Bobby is around 2-3 years of age, around 15 pounds and is a total lap dog who is always wanting to be close to his person. He is Housetrained, Crate trained, current on all vaccinations and has been neutered. Bobby has done very well in his foster home with other dogs but we are not sure about cats. He can be a little nervous at first but warms up quickly. He would do better with adults and older children as he has not been around small children, so we are unsure of how he will be. If you would like to meet Bobby, please contact us to set a time to meet him. Bobby's adoption fee is 175.00 which includes all vaccinations, rabies and neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bobby, a Ogden Maltese/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Shih Tzu for sale in Ogden, or seeking a Maltese/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Ogden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ogden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ogden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Maltese/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ogden paves the way for another one to be saved.
