Abby's Story...
Hi my name is Abby! I was born ~July 2012.
I am around 7 lb and I am playful like any other puppy, but I am not super hyper. I am not a barker either.
DRWB rescued me when my previous "family" decided that having a dog was too much of a responsibility... they were going to leave me alone on the streets, but DRWB heard about this and found a foster home for me!
My foster loves me, she is training me to go on a pee pee pad, and I am learning! I live indoors.
I am looking for my forever loving family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a San Diego Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
