Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chompsky is a 14 week old puppy in a foster home in Olympia, WA. Please contact his foster mom at bri.sherman@yahoo.com to schedule a meeting! Priority will be given to those (approved) in this area as we require home checks. He was given up by his owner, it turned out having a new puppy was too much for her. However, he is the easiest puppy we've had the pleasure of fostering! Chompsky already sleeps through the night in his crate, knows how to sit and fetch his favorite green ball, and is using his puppy pads very well. He is the perfect balance of playful and cuddly. When you put him under the covers he falls right asleep, but if you get the toys out he's ready to play! He bonds very closely with his owner and needs someone who will start him with obedience training/classes and the time to spend socializing and raising a puppy.
We don't know exactly what mix of breeds he is, but supposedly his mom is a purebred Jack Russell Terrier so while he seems like he might get a bit bigger than that, it's hard to tell.
Chompsky has been around cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits, children, etc. and has done very well with all of them. However, he is a little guy and can get intimidated by young children screaming/chasing him, so no kids under five for this little guy. He prances around and loves to chase balls, work for treats, and play with other dogs/kids. He gets very attached to his "owner" and so he might be a little bit shy/scared leaving his foster home, but he warms up very quickly and will start following you everywhere in no time.
Chompsky has had his first two puppy vaccines, started on dewormer, is free of fleas, and will be neutered, micro chipped (included in fee) by one of our veterinarians as soon as he is old enough. There will be a contract regarding this.Adoption fee is $300.
