Dot's Story...
Dottie is a typical Mini Pin with a nice mix of chihuahua. She will be 2 years old in March. She really misses being part of an active, attentive family (she lived with a family with young children until a month ago when the family moved and decided they could not take her along).
She loves to fetch, play tugger, give high-fives, take car rides, go for walks, and romp with the other dogs in the foster home. She is obedience trained, leash and crate trained.
Dottie is spayed, microchipped and up to date with all her shots.
No children under 5 years old please. If you are interested in adopting her please go to our web site and fill out our adoption application at www.adoptmerescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dot, a Studio City Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
