MEET JULIETTE....a 8 lb, 2 yr old, Maltese mix, who is currently frightened of the world. She cowars when she is approached, but turns to jelly in your arms. We can't imagine anyone ever hurting this little angel. How Juliette ended up in the shelter...is beyond us. She had holds to adopt her, but nobody came...so home with us she went. She has just been at LHH a couple of days; we are working to make her feel safe, secure and loved. She is great in the car....seems to be housetrained (although we never promise) and the idea of her being out alone where she could have been hit by a car or worse eaten by a critter is frightening to us. No wonder she is still shaking!! She is good with cats and dogs...and people...and she loves to bury her toys. This girl will need love and TLC and we'll update you on her progress. She won't be available until September 9. Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag! Thanks for thinking rescue and adoption!!
