Abby's Story...
Abby is a great and super sweet dog! Around 10-14 months, She looks almost pure german shepherd-were it not for her smaller stature/weight (she weighs about 60lbs) and the small white tips on her paws.

She loves to play ball and obeys commands well. Loves all people and other dogs too.

So far she does not do well with cats yet her behavior is promising and if trained properly she should learn to completely ignore cats. Abby is an overall very happy girl who would love a home!
Experience with german shepherd breeds or equivalent would be preferred.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Miami German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Miami, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
