Chrissy **CROSSPOST**'s Story...
**If you are interested in Chrissy, please contact Silvia St. John at***

Chrissy has had a rough start to her life. She is 6 years old and has been bounced around from home to home and now finds herself in boarding. She desperately wants to find a home of her own where she can learn and snuggle. Due to her constant changes in living situations, she needs a home where her new family will be patient with her and teach her what it means to be safe. She can be excited around other pups but is learning how to play appropriately. Chrissy loves every person she meets and would love to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chrissy **CROSSPOST**, a Staatsburg Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Staatsburg, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Staatsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staatsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staatsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staatsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
