OBIE needs a rescuer/adopter
Obie is a 1.5 -2 year old Doberman. He came to the rescue with an imbedded collar.
Obie is a fun guy. He is very food motivated and wants to please. He is very intelligent and if not challenged he could get into trouble. Obie is going to need an owner who wants to be involved. If left to his own devices he will cause issues. He will love being in the public. If someone wanted to do Ralley with him he would likely excel at it.
