Sally's Story...
Beautiful Sally (named after the Flying Nun because her ears still out to the side like the Flying Nun) would love a home with a gentle neutered adult or senior male rabbit. She's a sensitive girl, and a bit zaftig at about 7-8 lbs at the moment. It's hard being abandoned at middle age, when you've already gotten so attached to the humans! The good news: previously spayed, adult Mini Lop girls are popular.
Please fill out the adoption application at www.larabbits.org: http://www.larabbits.org/adopt-a-rabbit/adoption-application/ . Please note we bring rabbits to our adoption venue based on applications received during the previous week.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sally, a Los Angeles Mini Lop was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mini Lop for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Mini Lop from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mini Lop breeders who help with Mini Lop rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
