I'm a Parson Russell/Jack Russell Terrier mix, but a wonderful friend/buddy to other beagles. I'm 8 years young and I was helping a blind Beagle buddy, Molly by Golly, for the past few years, but now I'm ready to go off to a forever home on my own. Yeah, I know I'm not a beagle...but since I was acting as Molly's seeing-eye dog, the nice people at AZBR took me along, too! Sadly my owner was relocated by the military, so now here I am happily looking for a new forever home. Our owners were promised these nice AZBR friends would find us new families. My caretakers at the boarding facility say that like most terriers, I am full of energy, love to jump, cuddle, and give kisses. I love to be around people, kids, and other dogs. I love to go on walks and romp around the yard. I'm a good, friendly dog, and quite adorable! I'm really sweet and will give you kisses all day long. I'm also quite a lil' snuggler and love to curl up next to you on the couch. I am very active and would do well with an equally active high energy buddy. Running in the yard and roughhousing with Molly on a regular basis was a fun pastime for me. Guess what? I also have had some basic obedience- I sit readily and will lay down and know "off" if getting a little pushy for attention. My former foster mommy said I was quite well behaved in the house, not destructive at all, and I used the dog door readily. No accidents! Hunting down mysterious bunnies is also a fun mission of mine with or without a partner/buddy dog to join the hunt. Hoping you can find room in your home for me and I will try real hard to make your life fun and happy every day!

Our Adoption Process...
Adoption application & $200 fee required for adults 1-7 yrs, over 7 $100, puppies under 1 yr $250. Due to a Jack's natural hunting instinct, a securely fenced yard is needed to safely contain & exercise these dogs. NO APARTMENTS.
