Lady's Story...
COURTESY POST: We are trying to support a successful rehome for Lady. This is a note from her owner: “I am so sad to have to give Lady up because she is the sweetest dog I've ever had. Lady is a springer spaniel mix, chocolate in color with a white spot on her chest. She is the perfect lap dog and has the sweetest temperament. She is a cuddle bug and loves to sleep with you. She loves to run and take walks. She is great around people and other pets. Lady has lived with a cat and a golden retriever and bonded with them both. Lady is a people pleaser and loves to snuggle. She has made me so happy over the past 6 years.”

If you think Lady might be the perfect family member for your home, please contact Joann at savak9@sbcglobal.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady, a Sacramento Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Springer Spaniel for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
