Why Choose me?
This little lady may be nine years old, but she can really move. As soon as Josie left her kennel, she was ready to walk, and I was the one having to keep up. Once we got to the interaction pen, Josie looked at the muddy pen and then at me with an expression that only a Boston Terrier can give that seemed to say, “We rushed down here for this?” I did feel a little guilty for taking pictures in such a muddy place, but after the initial shock, Josie took it all in stride and began to explore. She’d come when I called her, and enjoyed attention. I found out, too, that Josie loves Pup-peroni treats. She was up on her hind legs for a treat every time. Josie could use a few treats right now because she’s a little thin, but with good nutrition, she’ll probably fill out. When it was time to go, I was petting Josie and telling her what a good girl she was when she surprised me with a few quick kisses. She is such a sweetie. If you’re looking for an older dog that’s still very spry, come meet Josie. I enjoyed being with her, and I must admit, you’ve gotta love that face!
