Fortuitously, his curly, poodle locks contributed to an ideal name – Todd Curly! Both curious and adventurous, Todd Curly spent his afternoon sniffing his surroundings and shivering in the February wind. He’s neutered, appears to be potty trained and is well-mannered when leashed! Todd Curly is a sweet and saucy man – he only resisted when the time came to return to his kennel.
